French Broad Crossing, like each of our Preserve Communities, is a unique expression of our love of nature and all its attendant wonders. Our commitment to conservation is central to our vision, as we are dedicated to being thoughtful stewards of the land, ensuring that all of our communities will be low density and remain in their natural state for generations to come.
French Broad Crossing is a special place to me—not only because it's the only community of its kind on the French Broad River, but because I grew up in the North Carolina mountains, just down the road in the town of Marshall. I wanted to share the living experience here with other families who were drawn to this area. And we made sure our amenities were in place from the beginning so that everyone could enjoy this land and this river to the fullest."
